Through this blog and Educational Technologies class I learned a lot of things that will help me to become a teacher who can use technology to educate my students.

Thanks to Educational Technologies class I learned about a lot of things like how technology can help me to become a teacher who have skills to teach in the 21st century. There are a lot of web 2.0 tools to integrate technology in teaching especially for English language teaching if you didn’t read my other posts you can read them to get ideas about web 2.0 tools I used for this class.

I really like the Educational Technologies class because we did something different from other classes I have. The only thing that can be different was for some assignments we work in pairs  I wish we worked on ours because it was a little hard to come up with an idea that will be liked by everyone.

What I liked about this course is I learned about a lot of web 2.0 tools I can use with my future students also for my own learning. While doing some assignments (Infographics, PSA, Podcasting) I get annoyed because they required a lot of work so I get tired while doing them.

Through Educational Technologies class I improved my technology skills and I am really proud of it. I told about this blog to my relatives a lot but sadly most of them don’t know English so they can’t understand this blog.

I learned about a lot of things this semester and I try my best to share the things I learned hopefully it was helpful for those who search about them. If possible in future I will show this blog to my students and my kids.

Sadly it is time to say goodbye hopefully in the future I can update this blog.

CREATE A VIRTUAL WALL: PADLET!

Hello Everyone🙋, Today I will introduced what is Padlet! Padlet is a virtual wall where you can share your ideas and you can even make it a group work or individual work. You can create an account for free and can make 3 Padlets for free. If you are interested you can create your own Padlet here. For this week assignment, I created a Padlet with my friends Tuba and Berrak . Our topic was ''traffic''. Each of us write about what we know about traffic, what we want to know about traffic, What we learned about traffic individually. As I did it I learned about new information and the third one in what I learned part was a really interesting fact to me. If you are curious about it you can read it. INFOGRAPHICS!

Hello🙋, Today I will talk about infographics I had created. I created 3 infographics about Web 2.0 tools. Web 2.0 tools I write about are Forvo, Grammarly and Padlet(I already write about this tool so you can read it here ). In my infographics, I write information about the  affordances and constraints of each tools and why anyone should use them and how these tools will improve their language skills. You can take a look at my infographics and hopefully can have an idea about each of them. I hope they will help you to improve yourself. I use Canva to create my infographic. I can say it is not wasn’t an easy process to create infographic and even now I am not sure if my infographics are correct or not (hope it is😅). When I become a teacher I would use infographics for my students because infographics informed us a lot, but for sure I would just use already prepared ones😀. Thanks for reading💗.
